All items sold by The Tinsel Box are vintage, often handmade, and one-of-a-kind. Because of their delicate nature and historical age, all sales are final.

Before purchasing, please review all photos and descriptions carefully. I do my best to note condition details clearly, including common vintage characteristics such as paint wear, lacquer thinning, minor oxidation, or expected patina.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your ornament arrives damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me at hellotinselbox@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

Photos of the item

Photos of the packaging

Your order number

I will review the issue promptly and provide a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please file a claim with the carrier.

Once shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered, but you cannot locate it, you must contact us within 72 hours so we can help you file a carrier claim.

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

Due to the delicate and vintage nature of our items, all sales are final.
