All items sold by The Tinsel Box are vintage, often handmade, and one-of-a-kind. Because of their delicate nature and historical age, all sales are final.
Before purchasing, please review all photos and descriptions carefully. I do my best to note condition details clearly, including common vintage characteristics such as paint wear, lacquer thinning, minor oxidation, or expected patina.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your ornament arrives damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me at hello@thetinselbox.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging
Your order number
I will review the issue promptly and provide a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please file a claim with the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
Vintage items (all products in the shop)
Custom sets or curated lots
Items purchased during sales or promotions
