I created Tinsel Box: Ornament Inventory because I needed a better way to keep track of my own ornament collection.
As collectors, we remember the thrill of the find — the estate sale, the shop drop, the box of forgotten glass, the one piece we could not stop thinking about. But over time, the details can get fuzzy. Where did it come from? What year might it be? What did I pay? Which bin did I pack it in?
